Show off your reskins!

Not very great if you compare it with some other reskins seen on this thread but anyway...

Hey Stevo thanks! I'm from southern Illinois and I wanted to do a fictional one that could have been from there so. Also I think the railroad in the movie the Fugitive was the Illinois Southern? It's been to long since I've seen it and I can't remember.:D

ILLINOIS SOUTHERN 4-8-2 #1000 - 1006 for my passenger trains. Now I just need some 2-10-2's for my frieghts.

That's ironic, there actually was a rail line called the Illinios Southern. It ran from Salem, Il, and crossed the Mississippi River on a ferry into St. Genevieve, Missouri, where it extended through the "Leadbelt" and tied into the Mopac's Desoto Subdivision at Bismarck, Mo. The line didn't have anything bigger than 2-8-2's though. The line went bankrupt in the 1910's when their ferry sunk. The line was bought by the Mississippi River and Bonne Terre, also in the Leadbelt. Both were bought out by Mopac, Forming the Missouri- Illinios Railway, or Mike and Ike, and equipment from both line were re- named and renumbered.

Hey that's pretty nice, now how about an Amtrak one?

Oh, just wait, you will be pleasantly surprised...

Also, does anyone know how to remove the original keystone off of the GG1 (The dark green spot on the big keystone)

I'll be dang! I did not know that. All I knew about Salem was the history of the C&EI line to the north up to St. Elmo and about the old B&O St. Louis line. I didn't know there was another line in Salem. All I knew about the Mike and Ike was they had a line into Centralia and back in the 90's some of the rail was in place still. It may still be there but I haven't been to Centralia for so long now it may be gone.

What I had planed on doing was some
4-8-2's for passengers which I've done
2-10-2's for my freights
2-8-8-2's for some here to the moon coal trains
I haven't made my mind up as of yet as for some smaller power for locals and such.

What today's work has brought...
Not all are finished, some need minor touchups, and some still need work (the last one in particular).

Check the image for an alpha channel with Asset-X, remove the channel then, reapply. Also check if ther are 2 images, one being the alpha channel, both images need to be the same size & and the images have to match in shape.

With resect to the GG1's, you do great service to them, they look really sharp !
The numbering may be off somewhat ... IDK
Did you know that almost all of them were built and tested in Altoona Pa, an area that had no overhead catenary electrification.

That'd be cool. I would download them if you released them, I could run them in a "What if?" consist.
