I have photoshop CS2, will that work?

Should do. While not wanting to turn this into a tute thread - which other folks are better qualified to do anyway - in brief you load the image you want to edit, create a new layer and trace the panel lines onto it in the area you want to edit, then create another new layer and put it between the original image and the panel line layer. That puts your edits above the original image, but below the panel lines. If you want a shadow layer, same principal but a bit harder to implement. Merge it all down to one layer again before saving as tga (or whatever)...
Love it! And speaking of edits that just begs to be crudded up and patched for a third-hand user....

I was thinking the same thing on crudding it up more. M&E keeps their loco's way to clean for my taste. Luckily,.. RPPX leasing is a company of theirs, so I'll do a fictional lease unit that i can really dirty up.

@817TAYLOR: You are mistaken. Stand By Me had McCloud Railroad #25 (2-6-2) star in it. The engine I have here is McCloud Railroad #19 (2-8-2), which starred in Emperor of the North (as sawyer811 just mentioned) among many other films.
Techinally 817taylor was right 19 was in Stand by Me ,but she was only in one scene when Teddy want to do the train dodge

Very nice but if you need a hornsound I will hook you up bro..Still have some shadow issues to take care of around the vents on either side of the step-up on the car. Other than that, I just need to remember where I got the hornsound for the cab car, and to the DLS they go! I am fairly happy with them.
