Setting a new hieght

Hi guys, I love this asset <kuid:243828:100057> C+ RN Path AsphM 02m 1 Kerb (2m Spline) and the corners, but one thing I don't link is its height. I can manually change the height but how can I change the height so it's lower when I lay it?

Regards

Harry

All splines (that I am aware of) will be placed at a height that is determined by the underlying terrain. This is indicated by the spline point circles (in Surveyor Classic or S10) being coloured white. If you want the spline points to be above or below that height then you must manually raise or lower each spline point yourself - the point circles will change to yellow.

There is no way to set a spline height so that it is always a set height above (or below) the terrain height when it is added.

In Surveyor Classic in the Object Tools (F3) select the Spline Mode (S) and then click the Advanced button.

The first button under the Advanced label is Spline Height (H). Click this button, move the mouse onto a spline point circle, hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse up or down.

Alternatively, type a height value (in metres) in the text box on the next row down (below the Spline Height button), click the Apply Vertex Height button (to the right of the text box) and then click on each spline point to apply that exact height.
