The most recent file dates of the version I have installed last week are 3/4. March 2010 and scripts mostly 18.Jan. 2010.

I am wondering whether there have been any Service Patches since and if so where they can be downloaded from ?

You need to identify your "build number" from the opening screens, and post it here, but I think the answer's no.

Build should be 42203, shown bottom right of the opening menu screen.

Well, fortunately mine is 42203, otherwise I'd be all confused since service pack 2 has an earlier date than service pack 1. I understand about the international date line and all that, but is it really December 2010 in Australia already? :hehe:

So the TRS2010 SP2 having been released in May 2010 is 2 months after the TRS2010 files which I have got were updated last and had better get it !

Thanks for digging that up, Jim !

Can you post that link for the TRS2010 SP2 update I can not see on my TRS2010 screen.

Well, I know I saw a list of build numbers somewhere, but don't remember where. If your start screen shows 42203 that's all they is and they ain't no mo', 42203 is the latest you can have.

G'day, cobber, it's a fair go!

Turning that question right side up don't help, translating from Australian to American it comes out "your sister is a tractor factory". :hehe: If you're asking what I think you're asking, "where do I find the built in tutorials", I'm the wrong guy to ask since I'm a newby to Trainz myself. It looks like there are some tutorial sessions/scenarios built into some routes, so select a route, select sessions, see if there are any labeled "tutorial". I've only had this contraption a few weeks, somebody else would probably give you a better answer.

Try:

http://www.ts2010.com/tutorials.php

Also the manual can be accessed from the menu screen when you start the program.

See also the "FAQ" pages at the top of the 2010 forum, and try using the forum search facility (at top of the forum screen) as most questions you have will almost certainly have already been asked!

Also look at the "FAQ" item at the top of the 2009 forums as 2010 is very similar to 2009, plus improvements (not everyone thinks there were improvements though, indeed many think 2006 was the best version, or 2004, or the "Classics" versions, another development off at a tangent to 2009.......)

You may wish you hadn't asked....

There's no substitution for ploughing your way through Trainz, and there will be many frustrations....
