It is a locotender.In France and in Europe, many of them have been builded.They have the coal back the cabin and the water in two tanks both sides of the boiler.Therefor they don't need tender behind them.

Thanks Guyader. That is what I was thinking but wanted to make sure before I go posting images without a tender, pissing people off and embarrassing myself. I have learned that one of the best ways to learn is to ask questions.
