If you mean on place/railyard, I don't know where was I see that cars because I saw in last 10 days +3000 pix (reason: I work on great pack of german, austrian, czech /DB , Wiebe, DGT, Swietelsky, SchweerBAU, .../ maitenance cars and locomotives). For that blue cars try look on railfaneurope in work. In day I work, sometimes at the same time 4 or 5, between 4 and 20 different cars. In last ten days I have reskined over a hundred different vehicles (locomotives, freight cars, maintenace vehicles, support vehicles ...)

And yes, it’s all just and only part of a private collection and not for sharing.

You need to do something with your Trainz settings, set the anisotropy (or texture quality, or both) to highest.
