hi

thanks for the help but I am recieving problems with the download station and the CMP that trainz 2006 have.

Can anyone get on to download station or am I the only one

I would highly recommend anything from N-DY or ikael, their routes, though fictional ones, are based in varying regions of Germany, are entirely prototypical in function, setup and operation. Are excellent for screenshots, and all the dependencies are on the DLS so you need not go hunting for some missing assets. If you want me to direct you to some fitting rolling stock this I can easily do.

P.S. The reason for the DLS not working is due to that the server is flooded on weekends from all the people trying to download.

It all depends on the following criteria Jen, do you have dial-up or Broadband ?? Are you using UTC or TRS2004 or 06 ?? Do you have a FCT (First Class Ticket-which is invaluable as there are no restrictions on the amount you download daily)

I can give you the names and KUID numbers of various creators both past and present, who IMHO, have uploaded some of the best ever EUROPEAN MAINLAND layouts, onto the DLS that have ever been created. The list is by no means exhausted, but these are some of my personal favourites. Of course, I haven't included the built-in route creators that were included with your Trainz version, but there is enough information below to keep you busy for at least a week. :hehe:

befsztyk KUID 58316
jahgandree 45977
Pangel Anton 208598
cborg 174857
Laika 46410
Henk Claassens 81135
ThUl 121787
rudi0310 135753
Skaning 35775

Some of the routes created were quite large for the DLS, up to 19mb, so take care on what you want to download if you are keeping an eye on the megabyte volume.

The FMA had a nightmare on this weekend...

... and here is a short background story:

ORION City is a very industrial city of the 1930s somewhere in Middle-Europe. All inhabitants have their jobs in the ORION Corporation's. To ensure the highest effectivity in the corporation the citizens does not have an own flat. The company built them 4000 houses which are very similar to eachother. If someone wants to have his/her rest after a usual 16 hours long workday, goes to the closest free hut, and sleeps there.
Electricity is in shortage in ORION City. Only the great red ORION-signs give some light in the dusty and cold night.
There is only one church and a small bar in the city, serving the spiritual and physical needs. No pavement, 'cause no private cars. Noone is swinging around on the empty streets, the people are all in the ORION Trust.
The city is surrounded with 20 m high fortified walls. There is no way out, YOU MUST LIVE HERE.
The only hope is: GAMBLING, the regular weekly LOTTO-show. If you should be the winner... maybe you may ESCAPE...

And now the SCREENS:

Asstunishing view of life this is.
And what an amazing 'suck on the thumb' huts you're presenting here.
These textures are superb and that qualification is to low for those wet tyretracks in the mud.
Guys I'm not aware who from you is responsible for these outstanding and very welcome objects but I'm now gonna do something I've never done before. Beg for a quick release or even better please .... please me with a PM.

regards,

Nice

Hey
Great work buddy. I want to know where did you get this stuff from. I mean the tracks, great looks of trees and the trains. I have been trying to get this stuff for such a long time, but can't get it from anywhere.
See if you have time to help me out as your model looks very time consuming and seems like a great deal of effort has been put up by you
Once again great work
Really impressive

Hello everyone, I have a few German DB railway screenshots from my favourite layout for you all.
Have a nice week...
