Save new route and session

Hi all - I did a little bit of research and it appears a few other users have encountered this issue before: I have several third-party routes installed in TrainzPlus (haven't updated to SP5), and when I go to create a session for one of them the save menu only allows me to "save new route and session." Has anybody found a workaround for this? I believe the last thread I read was from 2021 but I don't believe the issue was resolved then. If I absolutely must clone the route then I will but I'd like to avoid having to do so if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

All work on a route or session can only be done with your user ID. Once you have created the session, and not changed the route, open the session config file and change the map-kuid to the original map/route kuid.
