S&C - won't download

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but...

Im having huge difficulty getting Settle & Carlisle to download.

I've tried both the 'Download: SnC_Installer.exe' link from the 'Planet Auran: Order Details' page as well as trying via a FTP client.

Reason given: Access Denied: You do not have access to one or more of the directory the file is under.

I purchased the product months ago, but only now come to try and download it (it was a pre-order). I've confirmed that the registration number is, indeed, registered.

Is the link badly broken, or am I missing something...?

Auran released 2010:EE yesterday as a digital download, then promptly went to bed just in time for the United States to wake up and hit them with Cyber Monday shopping attempts thereby disabling their connections.

Basically, we are all trying to download our new game, and they did not prepare for the demand. If only you had tried downloading last week!

I must say that the download of the World Builder was a really fast one....

Yesterday I did download all the 5-EE.-files at ones a got to bed.
This morning all was on my hard disk. (wrong: the SSD).
One file was on "pauze" and took me one houre extra.
