DLS 2009 / 2010 assets unknown location??

Is anyone out there getting an unknown asset message when they try to download from the DLS? I can't even download via FTP I just get this message:

Contacting download site...please wait.
Download Link unavailable.

Reason:

• Access Denied: You do not have access to one or more of the directory the file is under.

but I can download up to TC3. I've recently (well 2 months ago) upgraded to TS2010 have just got everything together from a rather big crash so I was wondering if its a problem my end or theirs, it's been happening for a couple of days now.

Check that your 2010 serial number is registered.

Yep the registration number shows in both settings and Planet Auran - only had probs since a huge crash fine before then.

It's possible the crash has messed the 2010 files up (can you still run 2010). Maybe you need to re-install 2010, after saving the local file.

Hi,

I had the same problem this week-end.

I tired using the DLS (into 2010), but it wouldn't play, then I tried the FTP.
Eventually the system allowed me to ftp the route, then I used the CM3 to hunt & download the dependencies.

Maybe just busy server?
