Download problems with FCT and 2010

I have a FCT lifetime ticket and have registered Trainz Simulator Engineers Edition 2010. When I try to use the download station (web - not Content Manager), clicking on the Download page for a 2010 or 2009 version locomotive such as

File Name: kuid_520526_1338.cdp
FileSize: 288.47 kb
Last Updated: 17th Jun 2011


I get a message:

Download Link unavailable.

Reason:

• Access Denied: You do not have access to one or more of the directory the file is under.

Content manager gives "unknown content errors" when I try to use the download cart. This seems to happen for all the assets.
