Reminder to new users - please remember to register your serial number(s)...

Hi Trainzers,

I've noticed that there are quite a few users on here asking for help with Trainz problems but do not have any Trainz versions registered.

I politely ask that the people in this category please register their versions with N3V, in order to get the full support of the forum. I for one can only provide very limited support to those who have not registered their serial numbers.

If you are not sure how to register your serial numbers, please follow this simple guide:

1.Click Planet Auran above, then scroll down the page until you see the Serial Number link, then click on it. If you are asked to login, it's the same details as you use here. If you haven't got a Planet Auran account yet, click the Register link first to create a new account.
2.The next page will have a form at the top - please select the correct version of Trainz that you have in the top dropdown box, then select where it was from (online/as a gift etc), then enter your serial number, then click the Submit button.
3.Repeat step 2 for any other versions you have.

Note that this does not apply to those who have not yet bought Trainz, or to people who have already registered their serial numbers.

If the product was bought on the Simulator Central site, you may find that the product is already registered - check this using the Serial Number page mentioned above.

Users of the Mac version who bought it from the Mac App Store only need to enter their username and password into their version of Trainz for it to be registered.
