Rule WorkTable obsolete, replaced by rule InputTable, WaitforRandom, others affected

A lot of the rules provided by atilabarut in their documentation referred to another rule "Worktable" as a way to control their behavior. Atilabarut created another rule "InputTable" which obsoleted "Worktable". I found using "InputTable" got the results I wanted using the rule "WaitforRandom".

As far as I know, Atilabarut is not an active trainz user.
