RRMODS - Slow Download Speeds

Hello,

I have recently purchased an item from RRMODS. I am experiencing extremely slow download speeds, about 15-50 Kb/S. It takes about 30 minutes to download a 27.1 MB file, when it really shouldn't. I let the download do it's thing for a while, but it always end up the same. The download cancels itself. I have tried about 6 times with the same result each time. I have had this problem before, when I purchased the BNSF GP15-1. Is there something wrong with the site, or is it a limitation? I know it is definitely not my internet.

I have tried that months ago, plus I contacted Mr. Adamovic via Facebook today... Still awaiting a reply.

If a company has that level of customer support, they are apparently not interesten in having customers . So... see if you can take your business elsewhere and inform them about that; some customer support has the habbit of then finally jump into action.
