i have looked for quite a while for a road that has a sidewalk built in, but cant find one, but the catch here is that it has to be fo UTC, so you might need to get the old punchcards out to find some content. if you could help, many thanks.
On the DLS tick only the UTC box enter road in the search box and select category road. page 3 has roads with sidewalks. Matches with the roads on page 2
