"Have I got it right?" Yes.

Try the LogsR US session that I suggested. All the dependencies are on the Download Station and will be installed when the session is downloaded.

You will find that the GP60 loco is quite slugish, but with some coaxing (and if you ignore the posted speed limit) it will run paralell to an AI train on the divided track as it heads north, and if the section is long enough will even overtake it.

Just remember that the AI trainz will not stop for you at the squeeze points, but if you want to you can ignore a red signal and follow closely behind an AI train in a single track section. The switches (points) will operate automatically.

Ah, but living in Wales doesn't necessarily make me Welsh.:D

I'm running LogsR US ATM and have certainly noticed the slow response of the GP60. Quite realistic though, I thought. You don't have to warn me about the AI traffic; I've been dodging them in your scenarios since way back! Austral Bay, back in 2004, wasn't it? Then, of course I was adding my own traffic to dodge. I'd only been in the forums then for 3 years and you for about 2, I think.:)
