To clarify some things (although I'm not too sure how much longer this thread has to live and whether this is worthwhile).....
The announcement of the MK1s was made on UKTrainz in order to get some initial feedback from a sub-set of (knowledgable) users. The intention was then to announce on here to make everyone else aware once any remaining wrinkles had been ironed out.
Of course, "the best laid plans" and all that, it has been a busy week
There should be another update this Friday (anyone notice a pattern to the updates?) and I'll do a thread on here to bring everyone (who can't be bothered to check the website) up to date.
A few other points.....
The news is on the front page of the website so it only takes as long to check as it does for the page to load.
There's a good chance most of the TC3 users are interested in UK content so it is a good bet they have an account on UKTrainz
