Replacing Track...

I want to replace track (1 Track Wood US) (I think its a default track), with gfishers "132lb US Wood MRT" (106916:10389). I installed it, and opened "TrainzMaps" refreshed assets, and objects. clicked the track in question, selected "Replace all", clicked the down arrow to look for the "132lb US Wood MRT" to find its not there. So I closed all, opened CMP, opened my route for edit, and went into the Content creator found the track in the KUID list, changed it to gfishers, saved. recommitted, (I even checked dependencies, the track i dont want is done, and gfishers is there), back in surveyor I went, but no change!? am i missing a step?

I had the same problem with TRS2006 and Vistamap. I ended up using Vistamap to change some track, but instead manually typed in the KUID number into the selection/replacement box. Changing the configuration file does not change the asset because there is other information kept in the binary files associated with your route.
