Unless they've specifically been permitted, it's very much prohibited. However, quite a few folks around here have given such permission, or may if you ask nicely.

I suppose it would depend on the licensing agreement in their content folder. Most creators have some restrictions on redistribution of their creations. Probably the best thing to do is to ask the creator for his/her permission first.
