REALLY Annoyed - No serial # 24 hours after paying for trainz 12

Despite emails to support, I STILL have no serial # for Trainz12 I purchased over 24 hours ago.

The serial # page says already provide after payment - WRONG
My account page says something similar.

I have the files, but cannot even install it - VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THIS OUTFIT IMHO

Come on Auran, you have my money, let me use my licensed software NOW !!:'(:'(

What method did you use to pay for the item (paypal or credit/debit card directly through Simulator Central)?

It may not be N3V's fault, so hold off on that idea at the moment until we know what payment method was used.

If it's Paypal for example it may be that they haven't sent the order information across to N3V.

I'm not very good at understanding sarcasm I'm afraid (probably part of my disability (Aspergers Syndrome) , but I can never be sure)...
