Real Terrain for TRS 2006

Sorry, if this has been asked before, but is their a program out there for creating real terrain and importing it towards making a new "route" or "layout" for Trainz 2006 ?

Yes, do a forum search for "HOG" and you will find quite a bit of information.

You may also want to do a search for TransDEM by Geophil. I haven't used it, but from what I have read it is light years ahead of HOG, but it is payware rather than free like HOG.

There was in the old forum so you can dig in google and look for the cache but realistically for the price of TransDEM I'd go TransDEM, it should save you a considerable amount of time.
