Questoni about the Current Sale on TANE

I have a collegue who is trying to take advantage of the 50% Sale on TANE currently and he says when he selects the sale price version and gets it into his cart it reverts to full price. is there a code that is needed? does anyone know about this? thanks for advice and sorry if this is the wrong place to post. Just wanted to get info before the sale ends.

Hi Shane thansk for reply he is getting TANE sp 1 it finally worked for him so it is not a problem any more but thank you so much. he has a dual system 32 and 64 bit Windows 7 and was having a bit of difficulty getting the downloader to install but he will get it worked out thank you so much for the kind reply and all of your help.
