Question regarding my TRS 2010EE download from steam

Hi all. i downloaded TRS2010EE yesterday from Steam,i want to add some locos with .cdp extension
but i dont know how to access the files and include the locos into them. do anyone kow about this please let me know.Thanks

In the launcher there should be an option that says smething like "Manage Content" or "Content Manager." Open it and drag the .cdp files into the program. It will install them automatically. Click "View in Main List" when they are done. Click the "Open for Edit" tab. Click on one, then press Ctrl+A to select all, then Ctrl+M to commit them to the game. They are now installed.

I just got 2010EE off steam yesterday, help!
It doesn't work and I get black screen once I start the game.
And I tried installing SP1 but it says not compatible with this version.

You need to contact Steam for any patches for your version. Your version number is located in the lower right hand corner of the Launcher screen when you first start Trainz.

Please post your system information here for additional help. This is helpful when troubleshooting over the internet because we can make suggestions as to whether you need a hardware upgrade or not.

Hi , i too go it from steam, build no is 43361, when i contacted auran they said the build is fine, may be he has to check graphic or look at pc specs

Auran/N3V do not have any patches here for the Steam version - a lot of people have fallen into that trap.

EDIT: Just read elsewhere (http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=51017http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=520) there is a similar issue going on with one of the TS2009 builds as well - according to that thread, Steam have modified their version so standard Auran/N3V patches will not be able to update it without Steam re-coding it (which they are unlikely to do)

Hi ,
I advise/feel not to download TS2010 EE from Steam, im having issues with it,
so download from other source, ie Amazon or some other source which is legit.

My advice is if you are going to buy a download version, only buy it directly from Auran/N3V. If you buy it from anywhere else, you will have patching issues.
