What game are you playing? You moan yesterday that you can't download because of a link problem, you get the correct link, what happened to the download.

Why expect your money back, Auran have done nothing wrong and normally software is not returnable if opened. You have the download and the serial number so technically it is opened. From Aurans point of view what is there to stop you using TS2009 without paying for it.

It is in the email that you will have had from Auran when you paid for the program.

Yea but narrowgauge I got the right link it all worked but when I hit run again something popped up saying Wins32 I don't know what it is I just gave up this whole digital download thing is confusing,frustrating, and unfortunantly a waste of time and money!

Narrowgauge this is what happens I hit save to my desktop but then when I click on it and hit run this is what happens is says this application is not valid for Wins32 or something like that so help would be nice if not or it doesn't work I lost my money!!!!:'( :'( :'( :'(

What OS are you using, if it is Vista then there are many who can help you. There should be no problem with XP but it is possible you have a corrupt download.

I suggest you start a new thread in 'Parts & Labour' and ask for help. Make your title describe your problem without any exclamation marks and then describe as best you can exactly what you did and what happened. If you can include the Windows message it would help.

Don't talk about getting your money back, that is between you and Auran, just get people to help you solve your problem. When you get it sorted and I'm sure you will, don't forget to thank them.

Don't forget to say what OS you have.

Bernd, wenn Du TS 2009 gekauft hast, steht die Seriennummer in der Mail die Du erhalten hast!
Hast Du Dir die Datei heruntergeladen, nachdem man hier den Downloadlink veröffentlicht hat, kannst Du keine Seriennummer haben!

Krebsi, if you have buy TS 2009, you have get a mail with your serial number. If you have only downloaded the file after the posting of the adress here, you can´t get a serial number.

I don´t understand why the download link was posting in a open forum.

You will need to purchase the game from our online shop to obtain a valid serial number.
