Question About The Download Station

Trainz 12 looks great and I'm really thinking about buying it. I found out about a download station that allows you to download extra content for the game. On the download station website it states that "You can access the Download Station when you have registered a serial number with your Planet Auran profile for a supported versions of Trainz or have an active First Class Ticket (View Tickets)".

Does this mean that if I register my serial number, I don't need to pay for the first class ticket?

If you don't mind having great difficulty connecting to the slow 3.75 kbs, 100 Mb cap, "Free Server" you don't need a FCT.

If you want unlimited downloads at high speed, 375 kbs ... you will want a FCT, for sure.

The DLS works like rapidshare and other file-sharing services: You can get free access, but you may have to wait for an open download slot and put up with slow speeds. For some people, that's okay, and a lot of people still have dial-up connections so they won't see much if any speed gain, so free works fine. But, lol, being a little impatient, and having broadband, I don't think I could go back to a non-FCT after having one now.

Where do you see that the OP mentions that he purchased TS12.

He clearly states....
