question about build numbers

in ts12 i am patched up to 58414. should i put in the update 58414 to 61388? if i remember right this patch made my game run slow last time. but i am not sure. thanks for any help

What is the CPU, GPU, hard drive type, and how much RAM?

I heard the opposite: SP1 making the game run slower, but the last hotfix returning that a bit back to normal.
