Fantastic shots ! Especially this one: http://images.n3vgames.com/trainzpo...enshots/15947/1000/PRR..........GP-and-JI.jpg

Where did you get that bridge in the mid foreground ?

I am having real problems with deciding on my route, it has @ 5 baseboards on either side of the tracks, (which terrain is mostly unviewable, unless you have the draw distance set to max), which makes the route huge @ 10,000 baseboards, and 657MB in size ... and when I cut the route down to 2 baseboards wide, some cuts were visible where I deleted baseboards when merging Harrisburg / Enola all the way to Johnstown ... So I am back to my original thinking that a series of iPortal segments is in order:

Harrisburg /Enola classification yards, to Huntingdon station stop
Mount Union to EBT RR
Huntingdon station stop, to Johnstown station stop
Cresson to Branchlines, Mines, WopsyRR
Johnstown station stop, to Pitcairn classification yard
Pitcairn classification yard, to Conway classification yard

I use the white iPortal tunnels (as they are easier to see and configure), but I hear that they do not work in 09, 10, 12, T:ANE

What to do ? What to do ?

That shot got a lot of interests, including myself . I was told the bridge is TANE built-in . And will get the kuid number

Finally back to having some time to to run my favorite sim. :D

The foot bridge is in four parts,

1.. Foot Bridge <kuid2:283523:37074:2>

2.. Foot_Bridge Steps wide 0.6 <kuid2:283523:28136:2>

3.. Foot-Bridge Pillar <kuid2:283523:28141:2>

all by "drstrach" and are TANE built-in,

4.. B&O LAMP POSTS by "gfisher" <kuid:106916:10294> from USLW site.

You will need to configure/alter to suit your requirements on your layout.

Matt,

I love the BM70k in PRR Markings! It looks like a re-skin of the ACE 3000 tool car. Did you do that re-skin yourself?

I was wondering if anyone would notice that it was accurate to PRR Drawings! :)

It's a BM70k converted from a BM70g to be precise...

Mark Cole

:hehe: Yes I had notice the reskin, And no it's not my work . Nor do I have it . those shots are from ( evilcrow ) that I posted with his permission . And there's is a lot to like about them , I have started redoing areas of my route to try to obtain that look . But the reskins are his work . And are fantastic.....:D Glad you liked them to .

I was going to ask Steve at K&L if it was his work, or if there's a chance of a release for sharing . It' payware , so my thinking it's Ken's personal work . And won't be allowed for sharing.

P S... were getting a lot of Matt's of late , need to change my name :hehe:

The passenger coaches are by K&L that come with the excellent C&O J3a payware package.
The original textures,in conjunction with the textures from the freeware PRR coaches also from K&L, were altered to suit using Paint.net assisted by PEVSOFT for steam and lamp attachments.
The NH coaches from pweiser also lend themselves for alteration.

The Erecting Hall by N8PHU has a worked example of how to add an attachment using PEVSOFT attachment tool see 'Modding with Hack'. https://n8phu.wordpress.com/modding-with-hack/

Thank you Railwoodman for hosting my screenshots.

Well, Steve built the P70Fbr coaches (with the porthole windows) for the Chessie Safety Express, both the Arch Roof and Clerestory Roof versions (although the car length is a little short on them). The aforementioned BM70k tool car (which is the proper length) was built for that set as well and was part of both the ACE 1000 and the Chessie Safety Express, all part of the 614 mega-pack.

Sadly, I don't think they've seen an official "Release" in PRR Livery yet despite being PRR Prototypes! Hopefully they'll be part of some future K&L Release.

Well evilcrow, they're very nice work! I've just started using the Pevsoft attachment creator myself, it's a great tool! I first used it to add attachment points to some of the older K&L Locomotives to add an attachment point for the Pop-valves. I like to actually see a jet of steam coming out while the steam is hissing loudly at me! I've also used it to add attachment points for passengers in Passenger cars that aren't already passenger enabled and don't already have them.

Mark Cole

Yea... I have the car's . And almost all K&L has . I've asked if he was planning anymore PRR rail cars stock a long while back . His plates vary full with commission right now, so personal reskins are about it . I'll be happy when the Q2 comes out . :D

Anyways... Thanks for you info Ken . It's going to be a great fall, for me doing my own .:D
