MY SON HAD TO FORMAT HIS COMPUTER AND LOST INFO AND WHEN HE TRIED TO REGISTER AGAIN IT SAID SERIAL ALREADY USED WHAT CAN WE DO TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM. NOTHING I DO WILL FIX THE PROBLEM. HELP
Normally, if the product is already registered previously, use the same username and password used to previously register the serial number into CMP2/TRS2009 itself.
(I found this with TRS2006, but it can happen with any version of Trainz)
