Problems logging on to site!

I'm trying to log on to Jointed rail site and I forgot my password. So I entered my e-mail address to get a response to log on and have not received anything yet.
I have been away for quite a while and just noticed the new Route and Rolling stock pack for purchase. would like to log on and do some business.
Could you send me information on how to log back on or can I open a new account?

Im going to venture to say your a hotmail user which means your probably not receiving the emails.

Weve been experiencing problems with users of hotmail/msn/outlook.com email services and sending them emails. We've been trying to get it worked out but they are very stubborn it seems.

Send us a PM if you have an alternate email we could switch your account to and also a new password and we could reset that for you.

Could you send me a link to PM you with a password to setup.
I'm not sure if I remember how to setup a new e-mail account:) I'
m getting a little slow lately.
