Problem with the Dls

okay, so i was doing just fine until about a week ago when all the sudden i tried to download something. the trainz helper just kept saying "retrying" until it quit. so i bought a first class ticket in hopes it would fix it. then i tried re-installing the helper. the trainz helper still does not work! Help!

Try re-inputting your user data and password. If this doesn't work then try the same thin in planet auran.
