Problem trying to Download

Hi all.
I have encountered a new problem whilst trying to download content from the DLS. Iv been D/L content ever since I got TRS2006 and never had any problems.
I am receiving the following error message:

"

Flock doesn't know know how to open this address, because the protocol (trainz) isn't associated with any program."

Note; Flock in my Web Explorer, I have tried using Firefox and Internet explorer and I always get the same message.

Can anyone help??
