I tried several times yesterday to place an order. My password was unacceptable. Yet I could sign in via the Launcher.

Tried again today and my SAME password was accepted. Then at the confirmation page I was offered a link to SHOP, a toy phone app to "track your order". Now is my order (software) coming by commercial carrier or the Internet? What a strange little company.

I have not received the promised email/confirmation 10 minutes later. The trained kangaroo must be packing my software.
Did not appear directly in Game.

Guess I will have to track my "package" via the offered app.:(

PS: I tried to follow the convoluted reporting structure but kept coming to a dead end or a loop. Nothing simple in N3V.

Oh well, only $15. Could have been worse.

Did you consider that it may be "other" things. I assumed you checked spam for the email.

What web browser are you using? I run an online web store and every single time there is a problem of late I track it down to Chrome 90% of the time. It seems that default "security" settings in the browser have changed and customers who use Chrome now report in-ability to download items where as six months ago we had no issues at all. Every single time I ask them to try a different browser they report success. Every time. And did I say Every time. Personally, I have stopped using Chrome all together. But perhaps you're using something else? Again, that's as info only. Just my own personal little report.
 
While I have never had a problem using N3Vs Trainz Store site, and I don't use Chrome, I have noticed some problems with other direct purchase sites when Paypal is the selected method of payment. There has been the odd occasion where I have had to abandon using Paypal and use my credit card instead, which I am normally reluctant to do.
