This has been going on for a long time and a lot of people (customers) are affected. Part of the appeal of the product is this forum; this 'brotherhood' of information.
What's the big deal? Can't Auran recognize this huge open sore and pick one of it's excellent staff members to be the Web Admin... even if only long enough to address this issue?
If the product is going to be internet dependant (DLS, Forum) then there really needs to be somebody at the wheel a.s.a.p.
