Possible to Build Railyards?

Hey, everybody.

I'm trying to use Trainz to generate a railyard model, just as an overhead graphic for another simulation program. So, I want the end result to look like a "Google Earth" Image of a large hump railyard...you know, 50 tracks wide, overhead light towers, control tower, container yards...all the stuff that comes with it.

What is the best Trainz software product to accomplish this? I mean, is Trains 2004, 2006 or Classics any better or worse in terms of building a railyard.

Better yet, does anyone know if this kind of railyard is available in the download station? Any help is gratefully appreciated!

Cheers!

Yes it is quite possible to do this.

I believe that LLJ has created a humpyard kit and I believe that Mr.Den has created a yard tutorial found here.

So yes it is possible to do this on 04, 06, and more than likely on TC.

My Watseka & Kankakee route on download station has a large prototype classification yard modeled on a Union Pacific yard, and I believe that the PRR's Enola yard and the NYC's Selkirk yard are also available with a little searching.
