Hi,

I recently got another First Class Ticket and activated it on my profile, and I get this as the status: Pending permissions update, please check back soon.

How long does this usually take?
I have many files to download!

I just noticed I posted this in the wrong section, it did seem odd why I was the only one asking this!
 
If you go to your Auran profile and change your password (you can use the same one you are using now), this should refresh your account and your ticket should work.
