Patching for Trainz Simulator 2009 world builder edition

Hi there im in need of help please... I bought this game today from EB games in australia Trainz Simulator 2009 world builder edition and trying to install the patch but am having troubles installing , i downloaded the patch TS2009 Service Pack 1 Build 37625 -> 38017 Retail Release -> SP1 and also tried the Build 37625 -> 38599 but i am getting this ERROR
File error while reading patch data.
No valid patch operation was specified. Patching aborted.
What's going on please help would be very appreciated tyvm

Please check what build number your current install is. The build number is found on the bottom right corner of the main menu screen. It's likely to be build 38411, which already includes SP1 in it. The first patch available for build 38411 will be SP2 (when released).

As you will read there is an update (as opposed to a patch!) hidden away which will get rid of the insistent message that TS2009 wants to patch itself then won't.

Ok thankyou very much i checked out the build and it was 38411 ... So now do we wait for the service pack2 ??? And also how is there a way to download all the trains and whatever ealse i could get to make this more fun with fast trains all kinds of things pls ?

Patching 38599 to 40040

Hi,
I have been trying for some time to patch 38599 to 40040 but I keep getting patch aborted patching failed. I get no other message as to why. I tried going thru 37625 to 40040 but got same message. I have been trying load my Settle and Carlisle but I need to patch for it to load. All patching has been done with a clean 2009WBE with no downloads.
