Patches for trainz 2012

having trouble trying to patch trainz 2012 with windows 7. The message i keep getting is that trainz patcher is unable to determine Trainz installation path and requests that i specify installation location. And also says no valid patch operation was specified. can someone help me with this problem. Iwas able to do the patching with windows xp sp3.

thank you for help. hopefully will work. gets frustrating having to do this.

The issue usually happens if you have TS2009 or TS2010 installed alongside TS12.
