First of all could i add a logo? (of the train company)

And as long as that train was designed for TS06 or lower would it work in TS09?

Yes but you don't need Paintshed to do a reskin.

Paintshed is a very limited program, don't expect wonders...but further weathering on the finished Paintshed asset can be done with MS Windows Paint, Photoshop, Gimp, or Paint.net...etc...

Resizing the logo was the hardest part, using Irfanview.

If you have TS09 Paintshed will NOT run. Paintshed comes with TRS4 &TRS6.

PaintShed is free downloadable add-on for TRS2004.

PaintShed is included with TRS2006. From the TRS2006 Main Menu, click "Manage Content" (i.e. invoke CMP) and then PaintShed is an option within CMP. Chapter 18 of the TRS2006 manual has usage details if you need them.

Although TS2009WBE doesn't include the PaintShed program, it can make use of PaintShed-created assets.
