Paint Shed

TRS2004 Build 2435 On my computer I have 2004 and paintshed installed and all is working well however on my laptop which I take away with me in case of bad weather 2004 operates well and has downloaded no problem I used paint shed but now it tell me that I must have color 16 bit and closes my file down. in my settings I have tried both gl and direct no change settings show color set at 256 operating 32 bit but still get notice must have color 16 or higher and now my screen colors have all changed any help appreciated

That setting is in Windows, your video card must be set to 16 or 32 bit color, 256 will never work.
