Packaging and uploading 2004 sessions

I've created, packaged and uploaded nearly three dozen scenarios and lately decided to try my hand at creating sessions. I developed a couple but when it came time to upload the sessions, I realized I do not have a clue how to package and and upload sessions. Will somebody please post a step by step as to what to do with 2004 sessions or point me toward a thread that explains. I can't even find the file for the sessions I created other than the maps of course.

Your sessions are in the ..\TRS2004\World\Custom\profiles folder. I'm guessing that you would upload them just like route but I've never tried it.
