It derailed on the bridge, so the cars just kept derailing. If a train derails on a bridge, only the car that derailed will derail, unless the train keeps coming.

exactly. It derailed somehow, but unfortunally I wasn't looking. Mabye the tracks were too wet. I think one of the four DD40X derailed, and it was doomed from then on. The cars just kept comming and running into each other, forming the accordion effect. The train was about 4500-5000ft long.

Spiffy is right! And maybe you was forget that you was no think about the tracks should connceting on other track's and sometime maybe you was little mistake click the snap on the tracks then leave but you not think about track not connceting yet make cause trains got derailement mess up! So I have suggest with Modulacity, when you see color shape circle as yellow mean it done it connceting be fine but if see color as white mean snap of tracks.
