For the last 10 months I have been unable to run one of the locomotives I bought in the Norfolk and Southern Heritage series. I got tired of waiting for the problem to be resolved so I purchased another Interstate AC4400. Diesel. I tried to install it on my layout and found it would not install.I spoke to a nice gentlemen at Jointed Rail. He said that he would credit me with the $10.00 for the second loco. Way back in May I was told the problem was with a dependency HiAD Silver BNSF bogie. Justin Cornell sent me another truck recently thinking the truck was missing.
At one point I tried to find out if anyone else had this problem but got no replies.I don't know who controls the system that within a day or two of receiving the Heritage set this one loco showed up as a red item. All the others were fine. But mamy had the same trucks as the Interstate. Can someone tell me howto get rid of the red flag? Don Eisan
