OMG can the Trainz Wiki stay online?

It seems like almost every other time I try to access it, I get "The connection was rest" after waiting minutes for nothing to load...

EDIT: It also seems that no matter how long I wait, 6 minutes, 6 hours, or 6 days... it comes back up within 10 minutes of me b****** about it here.
