Ok, why did this occur. black boards all over the route,

Rendering is a bit slow on my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super.

And also when moving around.

Quite a few are buildings made by crisger from the Rollins pass route and are not yet on the DLS. They didn't cause issues on that route

Once again, this exceptionally annoying issue has returned, i keep on checking to see if its happened again, but haven't done so for a few days, but today , its back , not just in one spot, but in other parts of the route, I do not often do a whole of route bulk assets change, I think I did do something a few days back ,anyway its an issue in the last few days saves by the look of it. Probably its rogue assets again, I really do feel like giving up.

After disabling all the recently used textures, as well as any newly introduced assets and other assets that have huge triangle counts or take up masses of memory, this issue is still persisting. I have four days worth of work I completed this week on a section that is not affected that I do not want to lose, I may well have to revert to the last unaffected save, delete all the boards in the problem route except for this 'good section " and then merge it together. What a sprottle !

I solved this issue, for anyone who is interested. it was caused by my replacing an existing texture with another that doesnt like this version of the game. However be aware. in the map view, even when the texture was disabled and database rebuilt, the squares remained black and blacked out areas persisted in game.I was about to split the route into two and merge the areas that were unaffected, however , upon selecting the first board to enable delete , the act of selection turned the board back into its normal color ! Once I'd done this to all affected boards, i could view everything in game and all faulty boards disappeared.
In other words, the issue had been solved but the app didn't let me know.
One other issue, for some reason a few PBR textures were changing color, becoming lighter at a distance, changing them to non pbr textures fixed the problem. This may be due to my game settings as this route is demanding .
