And here's another 3 hours work. This is the WA version with a basic texture on it. Will look great when it's done. Need some help finding the correct bogies and pics of the under areas though.

I can help you out again with that Cam. Although I do not have close up underframe photos of the ADB class, according to A History of WAGR Passenger Carriages the ADB class share the same underframe and bogies with the earlier ADA and ADA/V class trailer cars, of which one of these earlier cars is preserved at Perth's Rail Transport Museum. I took some photos of that car a while back and I might be able to blow up the underframe and bogie detail for you to use. I also have ADA artwork of the bogies as well which could be handy. I'll email them to you as soon as I edit them (I've also started some texture work as well). :)

As for the ADK car, they used the Budd Pioneer III design bogie, of which I believe there is a version of that bogie already available in Trainz, albeit in standard gauge, so it might be best to make a new version specific for this car instead, being on narrow gauge and all.

Response to cvkiwi

"Thanks for responding How far away do you think your new route is from being finished?"

I cannot specify a date, suffice to say it will be ready when its ready - I shall make an announcement.

"Also do you have any DJ loco's that well run in TRS2012?"

Someone else has made a DJ, not sure where it is available from.

"I am also looking for some LA wagons that well work in TRS2012"

I have La3 covered wagons coming with the route and more variations to follow, all TS10 and TS12 compliant.

Who is building your Christchurch route? Yourself or NZLD. Just a reminder,I have the Lyttleton tunnel available on Trainzone.

Cheers, Fender :)

Cam, I emailed you some new ADK/ADB class plans, which now include bogie and underframe detail, so hopefully that should help. :) Turns out I didn't need to use the ADA class bogie as a stand-in after all (even though they're apparently identical).

Also I finally reduced that Comeng advert which includes technical data as well as end elevations for the ADK too, so hopefully that will be useful as well. :)

Thanks so much dude. It's coming along nicely at the moment. Should have the ADB finished by the end of this week.

Latest update. Looking pretty nice now. Still a few things to sort out though. Is showing up in game now as an object too.

Hi David, the hoppers belong to Chris (cvkiwi), we are working on this project together and may look at releasing it when finished, if we do it will be on CD only (or memory stick, it's at 224MB and counting) its a huge map and we want to make sure that every asset that is on the map is on the CD.

Looking good Cam! You moved fast.

In between ironing out all the finishing touches i decided to take 627 down from Napier - a light load today, only 3 loads with the rest of the train consisting of empty 40ft's for the Whareroa milk powder traffic & some new FE log cradles bound for Woodville/Wanganui.

Seen here Digging into Opapa bank .

Hi Rugrat, I've got two question's about these Dc Locomotives.
(A) Are these fenders loco's re skin'd?
And (B) Are they available for download?
Cheers Mrrangi;)

These units are custom built from KR drawings and measurements taken off the prototype to get this fine product. I look forward the Beta testing next week.
