Well its not technically true since Magicland has abandoned Trainz and his trainz site and many people have been trying to order for a while and most haven't gotten their service satisfied I myself included and he has been gone for more than a Month as long as it is not being sold for profit that he is supposed to get it is alright to distribute to others. Computer bought products serve the store bought product purpose share as long as not sold for profit that the original dealer is supposed to get
Microsoft have abandoned Office 2007 and replaced it with 2010, does that mean you can steal it?
Think about what you are suggesting by saying after 1 month of un-availability you are able to steal things, what kind of world would we live in if that were true.

You guys need to stop blaming Magicland for stuff and do it yourselves. Unlike you, he has a life, a house, and he pays bills. You guys would never understand and you don't appreciate anything anyone does. Life isn't about playing video games every single second, so why should he give into your needs? It's NOT your content, you have no rights over it, especially if it was payware. Magicland paved the way for the subways of New York, so what if he didn't complete it? So what if most of his content is not available? Jeez, you guys depend on other people too much. You grow inpatient and ask "whben is it going to be released?". If you can't wait, do it yourself.

if it no longer is classified the version will be dumped and will no longer be protected against just giving it to someone else and it only takes 2 weeks for it to be unavailable and since as I said before computer payware falls under the same rule as store bought items and is not stealing from a company unless its being sold for personal profit illegally and not by the original creator of the product remember sharing is legal. but stealing an sharing are 2 different things

im back and im gonna make the r40 myself since i cant get my hands on it, plus it will be detailed unlike jeffmorris's r40.
it will be an updated r40 i MIGHT put it on dls, im using 3dsmax it'll be done in about 2 weeks cause i already started long ago but never got a chance to finish it, why am i making this?
cause obviously magicland is never coming back face the facts.

Sweet, thanks for doing this. I do encourage you to put it on the DLS though. That will encourage more people to use your work and possibly create new works around your creation.

holy crap im really pissed and sorry to let you all know but my 3dsmax crashed. (problem most likely cause i have vista)
im sorry guys i wont be making the r40 i couldnt get it back and now my 3dsmax is on drugs.
guys im really sorry i just dont have time to re-do the entire model.
i know theyre are many people who model out there and they should try and make this train.
