My Visa gift card doesn’t work in the trainz store

I have enough money on the card to buy 22, despite putting all the card info correctly, this is what I get (attached below). Is there any way I can still be able to purchase 22?

Its possible your bank / card provider are declining the transaction due to N3V being an overseas company (some are known to do this).
If you have Paypal, I would try paying through Paypal and see if the transaction goes through that way.

PayPal works for me when buying from the N3V Store. All transactions are in $US so no foreign currency is involved but when I was paying using my MasterCard I had to pay a currency conversion fee to purchase something that originated in my own country - annoying!!! PayPal does not charge the conversion fee.

Also, digital downloads are exempt from all international tariffs until at least 2026.
