NYCTA! pics!

That's great cuz the Q is my favorite line also I saw tht u said you might be releasing your route in chunks is there a possibility that you might just make the whole NYCTA in just one route?

As you already know from being on these boards, people get really impatient about things. I'm releasing routes in chunks first, and the entire system later on. I'll be working on both simultaneously. It just took me over a year to do what I did (125 St and all of Manhattan, and Brooklyn to Brighton Beach, and a bit of Queens), so I figure maybe this time it'll be somewhat quicker, but then there's signalling---yes, for the entire system. :p So that's why I have the poll up--the ones people want to drive the most are the ones I'll be working on more. So, get your votes in! (Brighton isn't on there yet but after the first official route release, then it'll be included in the 2nd vote, sometime in December).

This marks my 100th.

I gotta say, my favorite out of all of the tunnels was the Canal St (N)(Q) model.

The OpenCUT is pretty good as well. The guys at BVEStation might be able to help you with the textures.

Just some WIP shots of the subway stations currently in production. Other stations are normal--but I just wanted to show the updated spin on 63 St (which'll be different from the one everyone has---so save the old version too!) :D

That is a interesting decoration,is like a wood painted in blue , it´s more beatiful than the vitrex decoration in Madrid.
Hey TrainzLover18 Happy Birthday.;)

It's like that because on the other side (on both levels) there is another platform and trackway that is for mid-afternoon spare trains to sit. In the future, when the 2 Av Subway is built, that wall will be knocked down and it'll be a normal bi-level island station. Btw, looking over signal diagrams of the 63 St line, they're dated from 1981! (the original date before all the current revisions)

Wait!! Do you say that are provisional wall? They no are a botched job like Madrid. We only use a seal band :( it´s too boring.

ToniCrown, When that station opened in late 1980s, NYC was building the 2nd Avenue subway route but NYC had fiscal problems and was forced to stop building the route. They started building the route a few years ago.
