NOTE: YOU HAVE UPDATES...!

Sorry to tell you this JCitron, but I have already suggested that further up the thread (post #2)

Shane

LOL.

I saw it and blanked it out.

FYI: You did the same thing in another post. The person thanked everyone for solving his FCT issue, and you posted your thing about contacting ZEC at the very end. LOL

It's the way the forums work.

I know - we all make mistakes - usually, I only add things like that to help prevent any further issues. (Usually, that happens because of people posting whilst I am replying)

It's OK - I have trouble understanding humour sometimes, but I understand it in the end.

It's true though, about the replying issue though - due to forum limitations, it is not possible to see what others have added since you clicked the reply button without using the preview button.

Sorry but I'm a bit confused:confused: . What is being updated exactly?
There is a lot of content on the DLS and Built-in that was made for older versions of Trainz. At the time it worked but may not work properly now due to changes in Trainz.

People now have the chance to correct some of these problems and are uploading the corrected files. It is advisable that you download these updated items which will automatically replace any out-of-date content you have.

Thanks for your help guys

 Yes there are updates for TS2010. The current build is 45607. This is where the two screenshots were made.

The idea of this thread is to make aware that content updates are being uploaded to the DLS daily.

 When did 45607 come out? I'm on 44088. Has a new service pack been issued while I wasn't looking? :hehe:

Paul

correct, grab it here http://online.ts2009.com/mediaWiki/index.php5/Trainz_Multiplayer
This will patch from 44088 to 45467.

After you installed it you have to go to your trainz options and activate "enable automatic patching to beta versions".
It will patch once more then... from version 45467 to 45607

After that you will have the nice "download all" button in the update list :P

But don't forget when you patch to Multiplayer you lose Compatability mode! So may be worth waiting a while to see if/when a patch comes out to reinstate this as a lot of routes you might like to run 'offline' as it were will have problems until then.

1 click on installed
2 add new box under location and local (left hand side)
look for out of date in drop down box
3 then go go to edit at the top of cmp and select all
4 right click and then click on view asset versons
5 then click on view in main list
6 then move the lot over to down load box and down load

5.5 select all ?

Someone else gave the advice, I'm sorry but I can't remember whom or I would give credit, but it worked for me!

I am aware of an issue with some updated content, where Content Manager does not actually 'see' the updated content, and thinks it's unknown.
