Another day, another mail delivery. Still no TRS2009 
It showed "processed" before Christmas - and still shows that way.
Does anyone in Auran or US Distribution know what the hold-up is.
I was patient a few days ago, but we're past the Holiday and now I'm starting to lose it. It would be nice to at least see a message explaining why it's not being shipped.

Just relax Chili, you'll get it. All the possible reasons for post/parcels "delay" during the holiday season has been explained already in this thread.
There surely has to be more in life than waiting on and sweating on a parcel which contains a computer game.
Floridian USPS Employees are always on strike in my area.... damn unions lol jk
Thats why I'm homeschooled.... I saw that 9th grade government schooling is equal to 3rd grade private schooling. My mother was horrified, so now, I go to a privatised school-by-mail, or correspondance school. It beats being with other kids getting in the way of my education. Sure its expensive, but it pays off.... that was totally off topic, but here's a piece of advice from me:
Things may be bad, but its not 2008 anymore, you can't blame Bush(sorry if its a crime to say that), you can't blame Republicans(sorry if its a crime to say that), and you can't blame the hobo sitting outside the rail yard..... Its 2009, and your game will come as quick as 2009 did.... :O It was 2008, then before I knew it, its 2009. So hopefully, your game will come as quick as that, hopefully quicker. Anyways, G'luck... make 2009 worth it while it lasts LOL

I appreciate all this customs stuff and how pokey the us mail can be. But as a fellow wait-er I really think the delay has gone on way too long and therefore is a matter of poor organization/implementation. It's just a poor job and yes, the people who are waiting should have been offered the download option again, quite a while ago.

I could be your dad, but I don't want too. These are college classes being taken online and are pretty intense and very fatiguing mentally by the time each class is done. These are taken as I said before while working full-time with no vacation until mid-April then maybe one in July.My copy finally showed up on December 27th. As I said there's nothing we can do once the parcel is in the hands of the USPS. They have a reputation as US SNAIL MAIL. This is alot different than how they used to be and a sign of the times. Even UPS is shutdown over the holiday. They never used to do that.

TRS2009 arrived in my mailbox today. Thank you Auran.
For those in the US, it was delivered Priority Mail, which usually means delivery within 2 days. But, because your account doesn't tell you when it was shipped, that info is kind of useless.
I'll proceed cautiously with the basic install and move on to SP1 once I feel comfortable with the initial installation (and operation) on my computer.

How long is soon. If something is out of stock then say it when it is orded not wait till people start looking for it.

I really hope you get what you ordered, then you can enjoy the fun we are having.
I agree with you, Auran should have the capability to send to their customers proper notification if the shipment has been delayed, for any reason. Your order should have been flagged, and a message sent to you.
That would have been the courteous thing to do, and courtesty costs nothing.
